What is graduated compression?
Graduated compression technology applies continuous and controlled pressure, with the highest compression rating at the ankle and decreases towards the knee. Graduated compression socks help promote circulation by pumping blood back to your heart. 

What is the compression rating in Tiux socks?
Tiux over-the-calf (OTC) compression socks have a compression rating of 20-30 mmHg. Our crew compression socks are 15-20 mmHg.

What size should I buy?
For OTC compression socks, measure your calf circumference and refer to our size guide. It’s best to size up if you’re between sizes.

Where do you make your socks?
Our socks are made in Taiwan.

How should I care for my Tiux socks?
Tiux socks should be washed after each use. Machine wash on delicate cycle and air dry.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Will my credit card be charged automatically?
Yes, your credit card will be charged automatically. We will ship your socks once the payment has been cleared.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available for all US and Canadian orders of $50 USD or more (before taxes and after discounts).

When will my order be shipped?
Tiux ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 11 am PST. Orders placed after 11 am PST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Please allow 7-9 business days for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all international orders outside of USA and Canada are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International and will typically take 10–15 business days.

International orders will go through customs, which may delay the arrival time of your package. As such, USPS does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Packages may be subject to customs fees and duties upon arrival at the destination country. All international customers are responsible for their country’s customs fees and duties. Fees vary from country to country and Tiux is not responsible for these fees. Customs forms are filled out in accordance with International law to accurately reflect package value and contents. Please contact your local postal service for details regarding customs fees.

Please note that USPS First Class Mail International order tracking will not be available after the package has left the United States. As such, Tiux will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have left the United States.

How do I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. You can check on an order’s status at any time.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please request a refund or an exchange within 30 days upon receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Read more about our return policy.

What if my socks are damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged item, please send an email to support@tiux.co with your order number and a photo of the socks. We’ll get it sorted out right away!
