100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ensures you can try your first pair of socks/sleeves risk-free — if you don't absolutely love them, we'll process an exchange to a different size or a full refund on the item. Simply request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get started on your return or exchange request.
- The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to your first pair of socks/sleves in your first order.
- Please allow 7-14 days to process the return once we receive the return package.
- We recommend only purchasing one pair of socks for your first order. Orders which contain more than just your first pair of socks/sleeves will not qualify for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and follow our standard return and exchange policies instead.
- The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply if a customer's first order contains multiple socks/sleeves of different sizes — we recommend trying one pair first. If you are unsure of your size, please refer to our size guide or contact email@example.com for assistance.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we will process an exchange to a different size in the same color but will not process exchanges to a different color.
- The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable to regular price items and does not apply to sale or discounted items.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please request a refund within 30 days upon receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
To request a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include “Refund” in the subject line. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided us at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect items were sent to you. We strongly recommend that you insure your shipping as any damage that occurs after the item has been initially delivered to the customer is the responsibility of the customer.
