Finishing in 3:28 at the NYC Marathon, which qualified me for Boston 2018!
I’m aiming for a sub 1:40 half marathon at the Woodlands Half on March 4.
Don’t do all of your runs at the same medium pace. Do your recovery runs and your long runs slow and your speed work and tempo runs fast.
